These terms and conditions are applicable to all players registered with L.A.S.E. This includes those who submit their details via an online registration form and/or participate in any football activities organized by L.A.S.E By submitting the registration form or allowing you/your child to take part in L.A.S.E activities, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

You agree to pay any fees owed to the L.A.S.E, as long as these fees have been previously communicated to you. You/your child's attendance in Club activities after fee notification implies your acceptance of liability for payment.

You agree to abide by the L.A.S.E code of conduct and policy set forth.

 Additionally, you agree to bear responsibility for any fines imposed on you/your child by any associated organizations.

You consent to L.A.S.E capturing photographs and/or videos of your child for promotional purposes, including on the L.A.S.E Soccer website.

L.A.S.E may send you emails, including marketing communications, to the email address provided during registration.

You grant permission for L.A.S.E to share personal data about you and/or your child (such as name, email address, and mobile number) with selected third parties offering services to L.A.S.E. These third parties may contact you regarding their services but will not use your information for other purposes.

All registered players must have a form of health  insurance and provide proof of coverage to L.A.S.E

You authorize a L.A.S.E representative to provide basic first aid and lifesaving assistance to your child when necessary. In circumstances where the Club is unable to reach you or your designated emergency contact, you consent to a L.A.S.E representative taking your child to the hospital and authorizing emergency treatment.

"L.A.S.E" refers to L.A.S.E and its representatives, including coaches and affiliates.

REFUNDS

Thank you for choosing LASE. We strive to provide an exceptional service to all our players.

Please review our refund policy below:

Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

• Your family moves out of town prior to the start of the scheduled training session/Camp/Showcase, but  after you have registered.

• Injuries: If a player sustains an injury that prevents them from participating for an extended period, a prorated refund may be issued upon receipt of a valid medical certificate.

• No refunds will be issued for:

• No-shows: Players who fail to attend a scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.

• Late arrivals: Players arriving after the session has commenced will not be eligible for a refund.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@lasesoccer.com and will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.

• LASE Soccer reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in extenuating circumstances.
